I had a large order that I was shopping around for online. I had found a number of vendors that carried a few of the parts, but Nippon Power was the only store that had all of them. They were very helpful with the order, and understanding of some banking trouble I was in the middle of.
I received the order, in full, rather quickly. This is something that, sadly, is very rare among the other businesses I was dealing with.
I was not able to begin building until nearly six months later, and discovered that a few of the parts I had ordered from Nippon Power did not fit. I called up Nippon Power. They immediately told me to contact the manufacturer. After directing my shop to take some measurements we concluded that the parts were mislabeled by the manufacturer, and as such, mislabeled, through no fault of their own, on Nippon Power's website. Nippon Power immediately took the return in full and
expedited my refund, in full. They were very helpful, friendly, and understanding to the situation. They knew what I was talking about every time I called, which meant that I didn't have to repeat my story with every call. They worked well with the manufacturer and the shop that was building my car.
Above all they were confident in the direction and execution of the processes of my return and refund. I suggest Nippon Power to anyone I can.

I've never dealt with online ordering that was as good as yours. When you had to backorder my part, you called me with concern and informed me when I could expect it which went appreciated.
I had to order a flywheel that you didn't carry from another company. I ordered my clutch from you 2 weeks ago last Friday. I believe it came in the very next Tuesday. So basically you got me my part in 2 days. That's pretty hard to beat. I'm still waiting on my flywheel from this other company. I called them last week and they informed me that it wasn't in the Country yet. I ordered it the same day I ordered the clutch from you guys. I am expecting it at the end of February. To me, that is

I have been searching for a clutch for my Eclipse Turbo for some time over the internet. And some of the people I have talked to, that answer questions for those certain sites weren't prepared to answer my questions, but rather sell me a product and that's it. My clutch was starting to get worse, and I didn't know what to get. But when I talked to Richard Wong, he informed me with all of the information I needed so that I know what to look for. I purchased my ACT clutch kit from your company and Richard Wong told me that I would receive it the next day. From past experiences, other sites promised me that and I never received the product until days later. He is the first sales person I have talked to that stuck by his word and knew what the hell he was talking about!!
